Here are a few things to check within the system if you are not able to find your study protocol:
- Make sure the study was entered into OnCore.
- Check to see if you are on the staff list. This is really important for external coordinators as well in order for them to access protocols!
- Contact the OnCore Support Team to see if you have the correct management groups in your OnCore user account. This information can be found within the Management tab of the PC Console:
