If you know the Shipment ID, the quickest way to send a shipment is to select the Shipments in Search panel on the left side of the screen.

Follow the instructions at top of the screen: Use the drop-down list below to select shipment ID, ship to or ship from. Next, type the search criteria.
Enter shipment ID of the shipment that you want to send and select Search. The search results screen appears

From the search results, select Shipment ID to view packing slip for that shipment

Follow the instructions at top of the screen: Review the Packing Slip to make sure all the information is correct. If you want to send the shipment now, first add Shipping date by selecting the Date icon. Next, select the Carrier and Tracking number. If need be, updated the From, To address on packing slip and also update the phone numbers. Finally, select Send shipment button.
System displays a confirmation indicating that Shipment is sent successfully and status of shipment is updated from Not shipped to In transit

Follow these instructions at the top of the screen: Print the Packing Slip and place it in the shipping container.
Note: It is important that you place the Packing Slip in the shipping container with the specimens. The repository uses the Shipment ID on the Packing Slip to look up the shipment record.
